Customer Success Specialist

If you consider yourself as a people person and you like to help others to be more successful - you’re in the right place. LiveCall, a fast-growing software startup, is currently looking for a Specialist to the Customer Success Department.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • providing the best, friendly and customer-oriented support to LiveCall customers and potential customers,

  • responding to LiveCall's customer requests via live chat, e-mail and telephone between 9AM and 5PM (Mo-Fri)

  • conducting basic product training (demo) for new customers,

  • help in maintaining and developing a knowledge base about the software (,

  • pro-active outreach to new customers to help them gain as much value from LiveCall as possible,

  • creating procedures, KPIs for Customer Support Department and reporting on them.

We expect from you:

  • openness and good interpersonal skills

  • advanced English skills, both written and spoken,

  • ease of learning new programs and internet tools,

  • minimum of 25 hours of engagement/ week

Any of the following would be considered as an advantage:

  • experience in working in customer service (work in a restaurant or a department store is also ok),

  • interest in marketing, communication, new technologies or the world of startups.
