Your daily responsibilities will include:
providing the best, friendly and customer-oriented support to LiveCall customers and potential customers,
responding to LiveCall's customer requests via live chat, e-mail and telephone between 9AM and 5PM (Mo-Fri)
conducting basic product training (demo) for new customers,
help in maintaining and developing a knowledge base about the software (help.livecall.io),
pro-active outreach to new customers to help them gain as much value from LiveCall as possible,
creating procedures, KPIs for Customer Support Department and reporting on them.
We expect from you:
openness and good interpersonal skills
advanced English skills, both written and spoken,
ease of learning new programs and internet tools,
Any of the following would be considered as an advantage:
experience in working in customer service (work in a restaurant or a department store is also ok),
interest in marketing, communication, new technologies or the world of startups.
